Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

By booking lessons or programs, you agree to the terms outlined in this document. All services provided by Martina Monreal are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to others.

2. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in advance for the selected program or service via this website.

• For recurring programs, payment is due on the 5th of each month. If payment is not received by the due date (5th of each month), a late fee of 5% will be applied to the next invoice.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Once a program is purchased, cancellation or refund for any lessons is not allowed. No refunds or discounts will be issued for any lessons, regardless of attendance.

• For 1:1 Language Programs, lessons can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice via WhatsApp.

• For Group Language Programs, the timetable is fixed, and missed lessons cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

• Lessons must be used within the program duration; unused lessons cannot be refunded or discounted.

• MotivaChat: You can cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current month.

4. Refund Policy

• No refunds will be provided for any completed sessions or lessons.

• In cases of major emergencies, such as serious illness, hospitalization, family emergencies, or other unforeseen situations, flexibility may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Scheduling and Rescheduling

• 1:1 lessons can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice via WhatsApp.

• Group sessions are fixed and cannot be rescheduled.
