  • Do you offer face-to-face lessons?

    Yes, face-to-face lessons are available in the Barcelona area. Contact me for details, as fees may vary.

  • What is MotivaChat, and how does it work?

    MotivaChat is a WhatsApp group for language practice with weekly challenges. You can cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current month.

  • How do I pay for my program?

    All payments are made in advance through the website. For recurring programs, payment is due on the 5th of each month. See T&Cs for more information.

  • Can I cancel my program?

    Programs are non-cancelable, and refunds are not provided once purchased. For 1:1 lessons, rescheduling is possible with at least 48 hours' notice. In cases of major emergencies, flexibility may be offered on a case-by-case basis. See T&Cs for more information.

  • What happens if I miss a group lesson?

    If you miss a group lesson, it cannot be rescheduled or refunded due to the fixed timetable. However, you’ll still have access to the program materials and can stay on track with the group.   • Can I get a refund for unused lessons?

    Unused lessons within a program duration cannot be refunded or discounted. See T&Cs for more information.

  • What if I have a major emergency?

    Flexibility may be offered for emergencies like serious illness, hospitalization, or family emergencies on a case-by-case basis. See T&Cs for more information.
